My DVD/Blu-ray has stopped working.

We will replace any undamaged defective disc free of charge. If the problem is due to user damage we will charge a nominal fee, please contact us.

I have just bought a Blu-ray player, can I get one of your older shows on Blu-ray now?

Yes you can upgrade from your current DVD to a DVD/Blu-ray combo for £3.00, please contact us.

Can I buy a copy of an older show?

We can reproduce any show but in most cases we do not distribute copies directly and you will need to contact the company/school, please contact us for more info.

You filmed something with me/my child in and I would like it on youtube, is this possible?

This is possible, please be aware if the scene involves more than one person we will need permission from all involved.
